I am Silvia, originally from a small town in the province of Vicenza. For the past 10 years I have been part of Operation Dove as a volunteer in the project in Colombia after many years spent chasing an orange wedge ball. A strong call to try to respond to the many injustices of this world has somewhat marked my years lived. I thank all the people I have met in life because "[...]it is now evident to me that every encounter is a gift. Therefore, in my soul, will always live the name of each of those who have approached me on this journey of mine. And I know, from having experienced it, that for real we are the people we meet."
