Comunità Papa Giovanni XXIII
The Pope John XXIII Community (APG23), founded in 1968 by Don Oreste Benzi, is made up of people who share their lives every day with the poor, with those who live on the margins, abandoned children, people with serious disabilities, and lonely people. In 500 realities including Family Homes, soup kitchens, nutritional centers, Bethlehem Huts for the homeless, therapeutic communities, social cooperatives and shelters, in over 40 countries around the world, members and volunteers of the Community carry out the great project of the founder: to be the family of those who do not have one.
