I am struck by the words of a young leader of the San José de Apartadó Peace Community"There is no history without scars."You all and everyone knows the path I have been on for the past year with Operation Dove.Today I am in Colombia, alongside the Peace Community of San José de Apartadò, which has been peacefully fighting for freedom, human dignity and respect for the land and its rhythms since 1997.They have been fighting for 25 years despite repression, massacres and boycotts, and we volunteers stand by them, always.Help with a donation to ensure that they continue to write their story, with no more scars.

I am struck by the words of a young leader of the San José de Apartadó Peace Community"There is no history without scars."


You all and everyone knows the path I have been on for the past year with Operation Dove.

Today I am in Colombia, alongside the Peace Community of San José de Apartadò, which has been peacefully fighting for freedom, human dignity and respect for the land and its rhythms since 1997.

The pandemic, in recent years, has limited travel from Italy to foreign countries and has also hit hard all the countries of Latin America. In spite of this, Operazione Colomba's volunteers continue to be present and operate in the Community of Peace of San José de Apartadó to guarantee to the civilian population more safety and a better hope of life.
