Hello, everyone. This project is particularly close to my heart. As an operator of the social cooperative San Damiano I can't wait to see the realization of the DREAM of many young people with disabilities and their families in our area: to create new spaces for meeting, listening, experience, growth, development, belonging, in short, LIFE.I'm glad that the project of the new day care center includes the creation of spaces dedicated to motor, sensory and expressive activities, which are essential for the psycho-physical and emotional well-being of each individual.The new day care center will also be able to accommodate people with different disabilities and specific potential: in this way it will be possible to promote and implement projects of true social inclusion , such as training, job placement and development of various autonomies.DREAM WITH ME, DREAM WITH US!Make a donation and support this wonderful project.Thank you!

The young people with disabilities of the town of Sorso, in Sardinia, have a great desire: the renovation of the spaces of their day center "Il Girasole" and the opening of a second center. The Cooperativa Sociale San Damiano, which manages the center promoted by the Comunità Papa Giovanni XXIII, knows that it is an important dream to realize, but with your help the boys can make it happen. I have to be honest, at first I didn't think I was reaching the goal. The needs in the world are many, personal, family, more or less close to us. We are experiencing so many difficulties, economic, social, psychological and relational, having trust in others is not easy. But you, friends, relatives, colleagues, and even people I don't really know, have shown that we must not be overwhelmed by fear but, on the contrary, face it and believe in good works, intentions and goals. Believing that a small and simple gesture is an enormous help and makes every dream come true. Thank you from me and all the San Damiano cooperative.

Today, the last day of 2021, we received a donation from people who, not being very familiar with technology, preferred to give me their "brick" and then I proceeded to send their donation to the platform. THANK YOU.
The collection is not finished: I did not reach the goal of 2000€ euro by 2021 but I do not give up. I am sure we will reach them , let's move our time to January 31, 2022.
