A new car for Tito and Jaqueline's love mission
Tito and Jaqueline are the father and mother of the Family House "Maria Madre Acogedora," a welcoming reality of the Pope John XXIII Community. Over the years they have given shelter to children and people in fragile conditions. Now they need your help to buy a new car that will serve not only for their family to be able to move independently, but also for Tito to distribute the Food Network food boxes to different families and those in need. Support their project and help them reach the €32,000 needed.
Tito and Jaqueline are the father and mother of the Family House "Maria Madre Acogedora," a welcoming reality of the Pope John XXIII Community, located in the Los Rios region of Chile.
Their family is made up of Pamela, Elisa, Pancho, Denis, Ignacio, Jade, Juanita and Elias, young people with various frailties who have been welcomed as if they were their own natural children, as well as the various grandchildren and the volunteers and white helmets who share life in the house during their experience.
Theirs is a dynamic and busy life that often entails the need for numerous trips, starting from the simplest needs, such as grocery shopping, errands or accompanying their children, to the most necessary ones, such as going to doctor's visits or to the hospital in case of emergency.
Unfortunately, as a result of recurring inspections and issues, the car that the family has owned and used since 2016 now requires constant maintenance, so Tito and Jaqueline are looking for a new vehicle, which is indispensable, especially during the winter months of heavy and incessant rain.
The cost of the new car is €32,000: achieving this goal means not only allowing their family to be able to move independently, but also allowing Tito to distribute the Food Network's food boxes to different families and those in need.
With your help we are confident that we can help them.
Tito and Jaqueline's story starts about 30 years ago. They married very young and together built their family by combining Tito's work as a manager in a therapeutic facility for minors with Jaqueline's dedication as a loving wife and mother.
They have always been driven by the desire to care for the most fragile people, and this vocation of theirs found meaning with their meeting with Don Oreste and the Pope John XXIII Community; from this meeting their lives changed. They understood that welcoming and caring for those in need is their mission and their way of living their lives fully. The people welcomed into their family receive a most precious gift: dignity, unconditional support and lots of love.
Support their project with a donation and give Tito and Jaqueline the opportunity to take care of not only the needs of their family, but also those of the community in which they live.
