A tent and a glass of tea: to sit, listen and share

We met Operazione Colomba in the Syrian refugee camps in Lebanon, where Vally spent some summers, welcomed in the tents sipping very sweet tea while listening to stories of war and life.We saw in the field how relationships and the desire to share can transform people's days, and sometimes even their lives...and ours. For this reason we would like to continue to cultivate hope and trust that a different future for these people is possible, that peace is a certain horizon. In Syria, in Lebanon, everywhere.

Thousands of displaced people are still living in refugee camps in northern Lebanon, many of them here in Tel Abbas, together with our volunteers who share their suffering but also their hope. Support them to build peace together.
