One home... one family

My wife and I, back in 1986, made a life choice that continues to this day: to live the vocation of the Pope John XXIII Community and to share our lives with the poor. Our family has become the family of Italian and foreign children in search of guidance, of lonely mothers, lost and victims of violence, of people with serious disabilities that no one wants.How much life has been spent within the walls of our house with more than 100 people welcomed... now, in fact, the time has come to do urgent maintenance work to ensure that our house continues to be a safe and welcoming place: for example, the flooring outside the house needs to be replaced because it is uneven and dangerous for people who have difficulty walking and moving around. The plumbing and sewage systems are also in need of repair, as they have been damaged by time and wear and tear.Now 6 people with serious physical and mental disabilities live with us and they feel our house as their family.
