I have no other words with respect to the daily violence and oppression I am forced to experience, except this quote that comes to mind whenever I am forced to explain to the Israeli occupation forces the settlers' harassment against me: "If the thief himself is also the judge, who will want to listen to my complaint?"
These words are from Ali, a friend of mine, a Palestinian journalist and activist for the rights of his people, who lives in the small village of Tuba in the hills south of Hebron.

Since I arrived here in Palestine, Ali has helped me discover and understand several controversial aspects that characterize this land, first of all the colonialist occupation carried out by the State of Israel.
Here there is no longer a war, but a people oppressed by violent policies implemented by an oppressor state.
Living here, in their own lands, for Ali, for his family and for all Palestinian inhabitants, means resisting .

Operation Dove accompanies them in a process of peace and nonviolence: there is no set recipe, what we do is STAY. Westand by the people whose voices are never heard, and since ours, thanks to a European passport, receives more attention, we put it at their disposal.
