Here in the Tel Abbas refugee camp, the door of our tent is always open. Every day many Syrians tell me their stories, the difficulties involved in being refugees in Lebanon, the hopes they have for their beloved Syria. Sometimes we volunteers can only listen, other times we manage to change something. Every day that I spend here, I am more and more convinced that our presence can make a difference, transform violence and pain into new paths of justice and peace for the future.
