We bring hope together with those who are furthest away

In the center of Puerto Madryn, in the deep south of Argentine Patagonia, I along with other volunteers from the Pope John XXIII Community are organizing an after-school program for children from poor families who are often victims of violence. At the end of the year, I will be joined by two families from the Pope John XXIII Community who will help me in organizing and carrying out new activities for the children: a summer camp, another after-school program and an educational project for drug and violence prevention. The needs in our city are ever-increasing, especially when we talk about children and families in poor economic and social conditions . We urgently need your help to reach out to those who struggle the most, are isolated and in need. To be able to do this together, a (recently fixed) minibus is not enough: we need a car that can endure the dirt and sand roads, even with long distances, to reach those who need economic, educational and human help. The amount needed for the new vehicle is 30,000€. With your contribution we can reach the farthest peripheries and be a seed of hope, together. You can support this project in two ways:Donate to my fundraiser: any contribution, even the smallest, will make a difference. If, on the other hand, you want to do something even bigger, activate a personal fundraiser and help us engage many new people we otherwise could not reach by asking your friends, family and colleagues to support you with a donation.Other ways to donate:You can also donate by bank transfer or postal bulletin.IBAN: IT04 X030 6909 6061 0000 0008 036POSTAL ACCOUNT: 12148417Both payable to: Pope John XXIII CommunityReason to specify: 24R016 car center Puerto Madryn
