Together anything is possible: alone we are not enough.

Dear friends,if we look back we realize that throughout our lives there are many moments when each of you, in different ways, has been indispensable to our story. Perhaps we can say that if we are here today, it is also thanks to the love you have for us, the support, the closeness of each one of you. With this certainty in our hearts, which gives us strength and confidence, we are here today to ask you to be by our side once again, at a time when we really need it.In early December we will have to move to another house, where we will begin a new adventure and a new phase of our life of sharing. The house is an old rectory from the 1300s and in order to make it habitable we need to do some renovations. To do this we need 8000€ but alone we cannot meet these costs and the Pope John XXIII Community at this time is unable to take on even this expense. That is why we decided to open a fundraiser and today, strong in the bond that unites us, we are asking for your help again, this time in a different form. With the small contribution of so many we are sure that we will be able to raise what we urgently need. We have been singing it at the top of our lungs for years, and it continues to resonate within us, that together anything is possible, and it is more beautiful because it is shared with those who do not have the same possibilities as we do. You can support us in two ways:Donate to our fundraiser: any contribution, even the smallest, will make a difference. If, on the other hand, you want to do something even bigger, activate a personal fundraiser as well and help us involve many new people we otherwise could not reach by asking your friends, family and colleagues to support you with a donation. Thank you sincerely to anyone who would like to help us out with their donation!

Dear friends,
if we look back we realize that throughout our lives there are many moments when each of you, in different ways, has been indispensable to our story. Perhaps we can say that if we are here today, it is also thanks to the love you have for us, the support, the closeness of each one of you.

With this certainty in our hearts, which gives us strength and confidence, we are here today to ask you to be by our side once again, at a time when we really need it.

In early December we will have to move to another house, where we will begin a new adventure and a new phase of our life of sharing.

You can support us in two ways:

  • Donate to our fundraiser: any contribution, even the smallest, will make a difference.
  • If, on the other hand, you want to do something even bigger, activate a personal fundraiser as well and help us involve many new people we otherwise could not reach by asking your friends, family and colleagues to support you with a donation.
Thank you sincerely to anyone who would like to help us out with their donation!

Total project goal: 9.000 €

In the Pilastro neighborhood of Bologna, the family of Giulia and Matteo, of the Pope John XXIII Community, opens its heart every day to welcome those in need, while also promoting a culture of inclusion and creating opportunities to meet and grow. Now they have to move to a new house that urgently needs some renovation work to make it suitable for future welcomes. Help them raise the €8,000 they need!
