I cannot remain indifferent to so much pain of the people and families that make up these more than 1,800.000 indigenous people who belong to the Mapuche people of Chile, who are the largest indigenous people, struggling every day to be considered and recognized by society and politically in the Political Constitution of the State of Chile, which throughout history has caused numerous victims, increasing poverty and frustration.

In the small and humble way of our accompaniment, putting our lives side by side with theirs, we try to promote THE DIGINITY OF PEOPLE who believe they are NOT worth ANYTHING but from whom, instead, we can learn a lot. The injustice of having suffered the expropriation of their ancestral and sacred lands, where without consultation or agreement, large companies have set out building and developing Mega Energy Projects, altering and generating irreversible damage to the Environment and extinguishing their natural resources vital to their survival and cultural and religious expression .

The Mapuche are a humble people who are stigmatized and persecuted as terrorists. We must urgently continue to stand with them, to protect them from abuses of power, from arbitrariness in their judicial processes, to visit their families, to talk to institutions in various sectors, to report as objectively as possible to International Organizations.
