Sammy's Baptism

Almost a year ago our life completely changed, just as it changes with the arrival of a child. The only difference is that Samuel has taken just a few more turns to get to us.During this journey, although very small, he was fortunate to meet wonderful people who took wonderful care of him before he arrived in our arms. There were the doctors, the midwives, the nurses, the volunteers, the social workers, but most of all there was Rosi, who made sure that our Sammy lacked nothing and that he was loved and cared for while waiting for our arrival.Rosi is the mother of a small Family Home where, every day, she takes care, with so much dedication, of children just like Sammy and does so with all her strength and, above all, with all her heart. The Rosi's Family Home is part of the Pope John XXIII Community, which for over 50 years has been welcoming and caring for children, frail or with disabilities, people in need and lonely elderly people. We would like to make this collection as a thank you to Rosi, for what she has done for Sammy and, above all, for what she does every day for so many other children, she and all the people in the Community who give a family to those who do not have one.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you donate.

A fundraiser for the special occasion "Il Battesimo di Sammy" (20/05/2023)
Fundraising by Ilaria e Nicola

Almost a year ago our life completely changed, just as it changes with the arrival of a child. The only difference is that Samuel has taken just a few more turns to get to us.

During this journey, although very small, he was fortunate to meet wonderful people who took wonderful care of him before he arrived in our arms.

There were the doctors, the midwives, the nurses, the volunteers, the social workers, but most of all there was Rosi, who made sure that our Sammy lacked nothing and that he was loved and cared for while waiting for our arrival.

Rosi is the mother of a small Family Home where, every day, she takes care, with so much dedication, of children just like Sammy and does so with all her strength and, above all, with all her heart.

The Rosi's Family Home is part of the Pope John XXIII Community, which for over 50 years has been welcoming and caring for children, frail or with disabilities, people in need and lonely elderly people.

We would like to make this collection as a thank you to Rosi, for what she has done for Sammy and, above all, for what she does every day for so many other children, she and all the people in the Community who give a family to those who do not have one.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you donate.

The fundraiser supports the project: Family Homes need you!
Total project goal: 15.000 €

The Family Homes of the Pope John XXIII Community are more than homes. Before being physical structures, they are emotional structures. They are families. Dads and mothers who donate their homes, their time and their lives to disabled children, lonely and abandoned people and anyone else who needs to be welcomed and helped. The needs are growing like the number of our Houses: support them now with a donation.
