We lend our support to the Pontremoli Family Home

Hello I am Claudio, a missionary of the Pope John XXIII Community, and for the past 8 months I have been a guest in the Gian Paolo and Paola Family House in Pontremoli for medical treatment.The house, arranged on 3 floors, is in need of urgent structural works and that is why I decided to launch this personal fundraiser, trusting in the generosity of each of you. We need to redo the bathroom, so that it is suitable for all people with disabilities and reduced mobility, and build a lifting platform, which is especially essential for Michael, 8 years old, who and because of severe cerebral palsy cannot walk and without this installation risks having to leave his family.The expenses are high and I want to help Gian Paolo and Paola in reaching the goal (40,000€) together. Life has led me to share this piece of the road with them and I am happy to be able to give back, in some way, the welcome I received. To do this I need all of you, each donating what they want and what they can. The Gian Paolo and Paola Family House of the Pope John XXIII Community is in urgent need of some work, which is essential for the people with disabilities who live there: such as Michael, who because of his severe disability cannot walk and will only be able to continue living with his family if a lifting platform is installed in the house. The expense is high, let's help them together reach the goal to allow them to be family for those who don't have one!
