A Kitchen to Feed Love
The "Grain of Wheat" Family House of the Pope John XXIII Community is moving to Loreto to continue giving love and support to those in need. The kitchen is the heart of Fabrizio and Maria Grazia's home, but the one where they are going to live is not adequate for a large family like theirs. With €7,000 they will be able to buy one that is large enough and functional. Let's help them reach their goal!
The "Grain of Wheat" family home of the Pope John XXIII Community is a family that embraces anyone in a time of hardship. Dad Fabrizio and mom Maria Grazia, with their five natural children, give love and hope to former prisoners, trafficked women, struggling moms, children, teenagers, fathers with children and people with disabilities. After 13 years living in Botontano (Cingoli, Macerata) they will begin a new chapter of sharing in the city of Loreto, in the shadow of the Marian Shrine, where they will continue to welcome those in need of loving shelter and support on their road to rebirth.
The kitchen is everyone's favorite place in the home! This is where meals, smiles, stories and recipes that become true traditions are shared. In this space, people find a sense of belonging and a true family atmosphere. However, the kitchen in the new Loreto home is currently unable to accommodate Fabrizio and Maria Grazia's large family.
Fabrizio and Maria Grazia have decided to activate a fundraiser in order to be able to purchase a kitchen suitable for serving meals for at least 15 people, which is essential for the house to continue to be a place of love and welcome for everyone who lives there.
The fundraising goal is 10,000 euros. This amount will enable them to purchase a large and functional kitchen that can best serve the needs of a special family like theirs.
- Donate to an already active personal fundraiser: any contribution, even the smallest, will make a difference.
- If, on the other hand, you want to do something even bigger, activate a personal fundraiser and help us involve many new people we otherwise could not reach by asking your friends, family and colleagues to support you with a donation. This way you multiply your support and help Fabrizio and Maria Grazia reach more people!
