A minibus for Daniela and Roberto's group home

The “Beata Vergine delle Grazie” Group Home in Fossano is home to 10 people, including minors and adults with disabilities. After 14 years of service, their only minibus has broken down beyond repair, bringing daily transportation to a halt for school, therapy, and leisure activities. Will you help us raise the remaining €20,000 to purchase a new vehicle and get these young people’s lives back on track? Every donation counts.

Opening the doors of their home, sharing their lives, and becoming a family for those who need it most. This is the choice made by Roberto and Daniela, who—ever since meeting Father Oreste Benzi—have transformed their home in Fossano (CN) into a safe haven for over thirty years. At the “Beata Vergine delle Grazie” Family Home, the stories of children, young people with disabilities, and vulnerable adults intertwine. It’s a true family where everyone helps one another. But today, an obstacle threatens to bring their daily lives to a halt: the home’s minibus has broken down for good.

Life on the Move!
For 14 years, that minibus was not just a means of transportation, but a true lifeline. It was used to take the children to school, to medical appointments, to occupational centers, or to sports activities, and to allow the whole family to get around together. Today, the home houses 10 people, including minors and adults with disabilities and those in highly vulnerable situations. Without a suitable and spacious vehicle, each person’s independence is compromised, and daily activities have become extremely difficult to manage. The Pope John XXIII Community wants to purchase a safe and efficient minibus to ensure that Roberto, Daniela, and their children have the freedom to get around and continue to live a daily life rich in relationships. To achieve this, we need €40,000: a significant amount, but one we can reach if we join forces. Providence has already helped this family, which has managed to raise €20,000 so far: the goal is even closer now!

Now we need a new minibus
