Everything starts from the sharing of every day, between operators, volunteers and the people welcomed, who in this climate increase their desire for redemption, sense of responsibility and willingness to do their best to change. But this is not enough. It is necessary to have adequate facilities and it is important to have them now because the future of these young people starts today.
At themoment the urgent need in the house is the kitchen, now obsolete, which needs to be renovated in accordance with current regulations with the purchase of new equipment and appliances. The path to recovery for the boys also passes through this place, the kitchen. It is here that they share, every day, the moment of meals, which is not only "eating together", but putting life in communion. They start again from here, from the small gestures, from the daily efforts, learning to take care of this space, feeling responsible for the tasks assigned to each one, just as one does in a family.
