Freedom and inclusion for the Family Home "Our Lady of Tenderness"

The Family House "Our Lady of Tenderness" has been welcoming people with disabilities and many other fragile souls for almost 30 years. Now they need your help to raise the €20,000 needed to purchase a new equipped vehicle, essential for the transportation of the people they welcome and for all normal daily activities.

A family open to welcoming
In Cagliari there is a special place of love and welcome called "Our Lady of Tenderness." Here live Barbara and Roberto, a couple who have dedicated their lives to fulfilling a shared dream: to open the doors of their hearts and home to those in need of love and care. For nearly 30 years in their family home, together with their 3 natural children and an adopted son, they have joyfully and generously welcomed people with disabilities, single mothers with children, trafficked girls and anyone who needed a family to love them without reservation.

A new means to continue to welcome in freedom
Thanks to Barbara and Roberto's love, their family home still serves as a safe place for so many fragile souls. Now, however, they need our help: the car that accompanied them on this journey of love and sharing has now come to the end of its journey. A new car is needed, especially suitable for transporting Roya (age 10), Gabriella (age 11) and Racheal (age 18), all of whom have severe disabilities and are in wheelchairs .

The cost of a used car, equipped to transport people with disabilities, is about €25,000 (€5,000 will be donated by Banco di Sardegna at the time of purchase): with your support, we can help them reach the goal of €20,000 to give them the vehicle they deserve and urgently need.

You can support this project in two ways:
  • Donate to an already active personal fundraiser: any contribution, even the smallest, will make a difference.
  • If, on the other hand, you want to do something even bigger, activate a personal fundraiser and help us get many new people involved that we otherwise could not reach by asking your friends, family and colleagues to support you with a donation.
