A joinery for the future!

Hi there! A few years ago I had direct experience in the carpentry workshop of Ro' la Formichina, a social cooperative of the Comunità Papa Giovanni XXIII. I can say that I lived an experience rich in emotions and completely new. In this cooperative you share moments of work with young people with disabilities, with young people from the juvenile prison but above all you realize a path of growth and change. The carpentry at this time wants to try to respond to the increasing needs of the territory and to do so requires new spaces: with your help we can do it, small or large as it may be. Thank you!

The fundraiser supports the project: A carpentry workshop to build the future
Total project goal: 22.000 €

In the Ro' la Formichina Social Cooperative of the Pope John XXIII Community, for more than twenty years young people coming from prison and young people with disabilities have been learning a trade, an indispensable tool to start a new life. We have planned a larger carpentry workshop to give work and opportunities to even more people. Help us build it and together let's give a different future to our young people.
