I often find myself undecided about what gift to give on birthdays, and this year I want to offer my gifts in support of world peace projects, with the occasion of my birthday turning it into an opportunity for solidarity.That is why I chose to support Operation Dove in Palestine.Since 2002, Operation Dove has been active initially in the Gaza Strip and, since 2004, in the village of At-Tuwani in the southern West Bank (Masafer Yatta). From here it operates in several rural areas where, together with Palestinian and Israeli activists, it supports nonviolent popular resistance. The women volunteers escort Palestinians during daily activities, protecting them from violence by Israeli settlers and the Israeli army, documenting and exposing Human Rights violations.Your donation will support their mission of peace. The fundraiser supports the project: Operation Dove in Palestine - 2024
Total project goal: 15.000 €

Since 2002, volunteers from Operation Dove have been present in Palestine, first in the Gaza Strip, in Al Qarara (Khan Younis), then since 2004 in the West Bank, in the village of At-Tuwani (hills south of Hebron). Today more than ever, therefore, the presence of Operation Dove volunteers is essential: to protect the safety of the Palestinian inhabitants of the area, who just want to live on their own land.
