A van to help many families

Hello everyone, my name is Antonio and for several years now I have been living at the Bethlehem Hut, a reality of the Pope John XXIII Community that welcomes people who are homeless or in need of help. Every day we go topick up the products that some supermarkets can no longer sell, we bring them to the Hut and here I arrange them, throwing away the fruit and vegetables that can not be consumed, organizing instead in baskets everything that we can reuse.Then, every Tuesday and Friday, we load everything onto one of our vans (the other is used to transport used furniture that we donate to families in need) and we go to deliver it to the Family Homes of the Pope John XXIII Community that live in the Cremasque area and to some families in need .Unfortunately, the vans we are using are very oldand have many kilometers on them. Very often they are at the mechanic's and we are not able to do this precious service...That's why we are raising funds to buy two used onesthat will allow us to carry out these projects. Please help me with a donation!Thank you very much.

The Bethlehem Hut in Montodine (CR) of the Pope John XXIII Community is the home of those who once lived on the streets, where they can start a new life. The 11 people who now live here want to give back the help they received. So they collect food and surpluses from local supermarkets and deliver them to families in need. They also collect furniture that someone donates, disassemble it, transport it and reassemble it in the homes of those who do not have enough resources to buy it. Today there is an urgent need to replace the two vans used for these activities. Help them not to stop, every contribution is important!
