Let's support Giragirasole in Fano for Costy and many other kids!

When school lets out and the summer heat sets in, it’s not easy for many kids to find an inclusive, stimulating, and cool place to spend their time.Fortunately for us, there’s a valuable resource: the “Giragirasole” Center run by the Pope John XXIII Community here in Fano. For Costanza, this is a place to socialize, meet others, and take part in extraordinary activities —especially water-based ones—that let her enjoy the hot days in a cool and fun way with other kids. For me, as a mom, knowing that she’s in a safe environment and surrounded by people who know how to welcome her in the best possible way means I can work with peace of mind. This vital resource for our families is at risk of closing on September 18, 2026, if they are unable to raise the 30,000 euros needed to cover the educators’ costs by that date. This would mean the end of future summer activities as well as all the invaluable programs held on winter afternoons (workshops, walks, special dance classes, and much more).I’ve decided to launch this fundraiser to do my part and set a goal of 2,000 euros to help save Giragirasole, a pillar of inclusion with its educators and volunteers—one that we families simply cannot do without. Please note that donations are tax-deductible for both individuals and businesses, and that you can donate completely anonymously if you prefer.Every contribution, big or small, combined with those of many others, can make a difference in reaching the total amount needed to keep this wonderful organization alive in our city.A heartfelt thank you to everyone who chooses to support our children in this challenge!!!Barbara

When school lets out and the summer heat sets in, it’s not easy for many kids to find an inclusive, stimulating, and cool place to spend their time.

Fortunately for us, there’s a valuable resource: the “Giragirasole” Center run by the Pope John XXIII Community here in Fano.

The fundraiser supports the project: Let's help the Giragirasole Center stay open
Total project goal: 30.000 €

The Giragirasole Community Center, founded as an initiative of the Pope John XXIII Community, has been operating since 2012 in the heart of the Marche region, in Fano in the province of Pesaro-Urbino. Its goal has always been to offer young people with disabilities a space where they can express themselves and grow. Now they need your help to raise, by September 18, 2026, the €30,000 needed to cover the costs of additional educators, who are essential for guiding each young person and helping them realize their full potential.
