For years the Palestinian people have suffered daily abuse and violence because of the Israeli occupation.

For years Israeli soldiers have been carrying out arbitrary arrests, kidnappings and house demolitions.

For years Israeli settlers have been attacking Palestinian villages, going so far as to kill unarmed civilians.

Since Oct. 7 in the West Bank, the situation has escalated: settlers have become an integral part of the Israeli army. Armed to the teeth, they try in every way to continue their ethnic cleansing project to benefit Israeli settlements by carrying out daily abuses and violence against Palestinians.

Despite this terrible situation, Palestinians in the villages of At-Tuwani, Tuba, Umm Faqqara and the hillside area south of Hebron stubbornly continue to (r)exist against the violence of the occupier.

Armed only with their immense dignity, they continue to trample their lands and cultivate their fields.

They patiently continue to carry on nonviolent resistance so that they can, at last, live free on their lands.
