For Pinocchio's dream

I like to think of Pinocchio, who came out of the dark belly of the whale and had the chance to give himself and his father a future, by opening a large carpentry shop! That's why I decided to help my friends in the Comunità Papa Giovanni XXIII, to make Alberto's dream come true, from the social cooperative Ro' la Formichina, who together with others is giving his life to many young people who are considered rejects by society, either because they are not perfect in the eyes of the world or because their growth has been marked by unfortunate coincidences. These boys, working in the carpentry shop, discovering that they are capable of doing and being, come to the Light!

The fundraiser supports the project: A carpentry workshop to build the future

In the Ro' la Formichina Social Cooperative of the Pope John XXIII Community, for more than twenty years young people coming from prison and young people with disabilities have been learning a trade, an indispensable tool to start a new life. We have planned a larger carpentry workshop to give work and opportunities to even more people. Help us build it and together let's give a different future to our young people.
