Fundraising by Barbara Galassini

My name is Barbara and I am an educator for the project "I try to live alone," which was born from the collaboration between the GRD Faenza Association (Associazione Genitori Ragazzi con Disabilità - Association of Parents of Children with Disabilities) and the Pope John XXIII Community and thanks to which young people with disabilities have the opportunity to learn to live on their own.

I have been a member of GRD for 5 years: a unique experience that has brought me beautiful changes in life and in my relationship with people; because this is a place where "people who meet greet each other even if they do not know each other." Personal growth on a human level, where there is an exchange of knowledge and emotions that improve the heart.

Now the boys need our help to raise the €15,000 needed for the maintenance of one of the houses provided and which has seriously deteriorated over time.

I have chosen to do my part by activating a fundraiser for them: let's all help them together with a contribution, big or small! Thank you!
