Hello!As you know, I have been on a journey with Operation Dove for a few years now, and now I have been in Colombia for a few months, accompanying the Peace Community of San José de Apartadó.For twenty-five years, the Community has been suffering threats and killings and, in response to these injustices, has chosen peaceful resistance and nonviolence.I, with Operation Dove, "accompany" (an unarmed civilian escort) these people on a daily basis: our international presence is a deterrent to armed actors who commit gross violations of Human Rights here.Help me with a donation to support the presence, to protect the peasants and women farmers of the Peace Community and to share a piece of the journey with them!To learn more about the context and our presence click here.
